Thomas Winter is the Senior Director of Global Adoption and Seller Readiness. He and his team drive global, cross-functional change projects impacting both Cisco internal and Partner stakeholder. Most recently he successfully completed the adoption of CCW, the commerce platform via which Cisco conducts most of his business.

The current focus of Thomas and his team is the design and implementation of a scalable approach for accelerated time to volume of new Cisco products.

Being a former sales leader at Cisco with strong relationships into the channel community, he has a passion for disciplined execution with a strong outside-in and customer perspective.

Thomas lives in Switzerland and run his global organization heavily leveraging Cisco collaboration technology like Webex and Telepresence.

Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Rapperswil, Switzerland (1995) and an MBA from the University of Toronto and University of St. Gallen (2007).
